Timothy and Friends -- featuring Doodlebug Designs :)

Hi everyone! :)

I know a lot of people get creeped out by the Elf on the Shelf, but Brookie REALLY loves her -- and the rule in our house (well, not so much of a rule, rather than a request of our Elf Timothy!) is that he not MOVE from where he is hanging out until I can get a photo of him as every year I make a mini album for Brookie showing his fun times while he is here over the Christmas season! :)

This years album includes a Simple Stories SNAP! album, along with their inserts, Doodlebug Designs "Here Comes Santa Claus" collection, and stamps from Ellen Hutson, Neat & Tangled and Sugar Pea Designs :)

Two of the things I love about photographing Timothy is -- I don't have to worry about RED EYE in the photos, and I don't have to worry if he will smile or not! *wink* :)

For this journal card, since Timothy decided to make a snow angel in the Splenda (*wink*) -- I used some Snow-tek on the card to mimic his snow angel :)

All the notes that Timothy left Brookie over the Holiday season are in this envelope :)

Thanks so much for stopping by! I appreciate it! :)

  10. I love that you create an album for Brookie each year filled with Timothy's shenanigans. You are truly such a phenomenal mom! What an adorable album! I particularly love the photos of Timothy in his Splenda snow angel and in his hot cocoa bath, and I think it's awesome that he leaves special notes for Brookie that you include in the album. Awesome details throughout, and I love the stamps you included. Everything is just perfect!

    1. Well, that didn't make sense...lol!! Anyway, I was talking to my son as I was typing and he says he doesn't think it was around when he was young or at least none of his friends had one...Anyway... very awesome!

  14. The Elf came out after my sons were grown - so I've missed out on the fun! It is wonderful that you capture it each each in these albums - super sweet and fun memories!
