December daily completed -- using Bella Blvd. and Chic Tags :)

Hi all :)

Today I wanted to share my completed December Daily :)

This is my 3rd year making a December Daily ... year one is here ... year two is here :)  ... I have learned a lot over the past couple of years ... and this year I learned a lot more -- so next year I will be attacking this a little differently :)

This year I used Bella Blvd.'s Christmas Countdown collection and Chic Tags :)

The inside cover is just sharing that Timothy our Elf on the Shelf came back on Black Friday :)

Dec. 1st - Brookie and I went to The Nutcracker Suite and the Grandparents came over for dinner :)

Dec. 2nd -- I wrapped presents and we all signed Christmas cards :)

Dec. 3rd -- my 42nd birthday - Brian and I went to the casino, my in-laws brought me flowers and Brian and the kids got me a couple of movies :)

Dec. 4th -- Brookie went to visit Santa, the boys got haircuts and Brookie and I went for a hot chocolate while they were getting their haircuts :)

Dec. 5th -- Brookie had a half day at school - so her and I made reindeer ornaments for her classmates and family that Sherrie sent her --  and we made pumpkin muffins for the family -- and we went to Peter Piper Pizza for a fundraiser for Brookie's school  :)

Dec. 6th -- We ran some errands to Kohl's and Target and then we decorated the twins new tree for the cemetery :)

Dec. 7th -- We went to the cemetery to decorate the twins graves (and for those that don't know - Brian and his first wife had twins that were stillborn and we visit every season to change the flowers and then at Christmas we put up decorations and put up a little tree -- this year they got a new tree) -- and then we went and saw the movie "Frozen"  :)

Dec. 8th -- The in-laws got me some Lottery Scratch tickets for my birthday and Brookie made some handmade Christmas crafts for the family :)

Dec. 9th -- Not much happened ... so I snapped a pic of Brookie and Brian having dessert :)

Dec. 10th -- Brookie had a dental check up and Adam's class ring came in :)

Dec. 11th -- Brookie woke up with a tummy ache, but later she felt better and her and Adam watched "Despicable Me 2"  :)

Dec. 12th -- Brookie, Adam and I hung Christmas lights up in the family room to get ready for Christmas Eve dinner :)

Dec. 13th -- We went to dinner at Old Chicago and then ran errands :)

Dec. 14th -- BUSY DAY!! We went to the mall for Brian's eye doctor appointment, and while he was doing that -- we went and picked out a Christmas Angel through the Salvation Army -- we were able to get each toy listed on the little girls list and a winter jacket, winter PJ's and an outfit -- Brookie also had her last soccer game and got a certificate for her perfect attendance, a trophy and medal  --- then we went and cheered Krista on for her very first Roller Derby!! :)

Dec. 15th -- I went to Laura's house for a Christmas treat exchange party -- I brought pumpkin muffins and made copies of the recipe for anyone who wanted one -- then the grandparents came over for dinner :)

Dec, 16th -- We had Christmas Tree shaped ravioli's for dinner -- and Brookie's latest Santa photo holder Nutcracker came in the mail -- we now have 4 years of these Nutcrackers :)

Dec. 17th -- I got my haircut!! :)

Dec. 18th -- Brookie loves to do math so tonight she was doing word math problems that Nana and Papa bought for her :)

Dec. 19th -- Tonight we made one of our fave "made up" meals :)  Brian has Gout ... so we can only eat chicken -- so I have tried to come up with different ways and different recipes for chicken so it doesn't get boring for us :)  This is my latest creation :)

My made up recipe :)

Dec. 20th -- we went to Barro's pizza for dinner, then to Liz and Lily's house to pick up bottles that they have been saving for us for Brookie's school :)

Dec. 21st -- my mom was in the hospital for a little while in December and didn't get to decorate her Christmas tree ... so I arranged with my Dad for us and my brother to come over and decorate it for her as a surprise :)  Brookie and I went to the Dollar Store for her to pick out some Christmas gifts for everyone -- and then Brookie got a haircut :)

Dec. 22nd -- we cleaned the house to get ready for Christmas Eve dinner and then Sue came over to give Dandy his Christmas gifts :)

Dec. 22nd Continued --- We drove around that night to see Christmas lights at people's homes :)  the Mickey Mouse/Scrooge Duck home is Debbie's house ... her husband made all of them!! They are AMAZING!!! :)

Dec. 23rd -- Since we cleaned on Sunday -- today we just hung out -- Brookie helped cook dinner, I made some last minute Christmas gifts and we had hot cocoa that night :)

Dec. 24th -- Getting ready for Christmas Eve dinner :)  I made "The Grinch Fruit Tray" -- Adam baked pumpkin muffins and Brookie helped me make chocolate chip cookies -- Santa called Brookie!! -- Papa Mike and Brian frying up Pierogies!! YUM!!! :) Everyone came over for dinner and presents (we had 16 people total here) -- and Brookie went out to the yard to give Santa's reindeer their food!!! :)

Dec. 25th -- Santa CAME!! :)  This year I decided to add all the photos of the kids opening presents --- every year I take photos, but then never scrap them ... so this year I added it to my December Daily :)

*phew* if you made it this far ... God bless you!! LOL! :)

Thanks so much for stopping by! I appreciate it! :)
