Unique :)

Hi everyone :)

I hope you all had a great weekend! :)

I wanted to share some stuff I made for some challenges :)

First was for "Our Beautiful World" :) Their challenge was "EYES" this time :)

For those who have followed me for awhile may have noticed that Brookie has two different colored eyes ... her ophthalmologist isn't sure if it is from the Port Wine Stains   she was born with ... or just pure coincidence ... but one eye stayed the Blue/Gray that we are all born with -- and the other one has turned a greenish/brown after my eyes :)

After I found these photos on the computer ... I decided to scrap them too :)

I used Chic Tags Happy Place collection on my layout :)

Here is their sketch this week :)

And here is my take on it :)

And I also am combining my last creation with a couple of challenges :) Sandie's altered challenge on Yvonne's blog -- and City Crafter Challenge this  week is "Hold it!" -- taking a container of some sort and altering it :)

I am also linking these up to Connie's Gone Junkin' challenge :)

I had these wooden boxes I found at an antique store :)

I added some 7gypsies papers, some Chic Tags and some fake holly I had ... and made these candle holders :)

Thanks so much for stopping by! I appreciate it! :)

  21. I really, really like your LOs - & believe it or not I had NOT noticed B's eyes....love those papers....just wondering, that woodwork paper - do those big words come as part of it or are they BIG words from somewhere? My fave, fave things are your Christmas candle holders ~ they look fabulous!! Simple but totally effective:)

  22. Again beautiful projects! I love the first Lo, it is super cute!! I know about Brookies two colours eyes and that is so unique and also beautiful. But you can never tell, you don't notice it on photo's. Yeah when you say it you'll see it, otherwise you really don't notice a thing. The second Lo is also wonderful, Brookies face speaks so much on these happy pictures. And I can see you are already getting into the Christmas vibe. Have a great day Julie.
