Seeing the world in 131.3 square miles :)

Hi everyone!! 

Our latest challenge is live at Scrap Africa and this time we want to see twine and washi tape on your page!! :)

 


Here is my take on it :)



Used up some more scrappy stash on this layout, Pink Paislee, American Crafts, Bella Blvd., Pretty Little Studios and Basic Grey :)




There is so many different "worlds" and cultures to see while in Las Vegas -- and since I am using a photo of the family in front of the 'fake' Eiffel Tower there -- I decided to have a little fun with the title and I Googled how many square miles Las Vegas is :)

  2. I love how well the washi tape works on your layout! AT first I didn't even realized the frame was made w/ strips of washi tape; you make it look so good and effortless!

  17. I love your layout Julie! When I saw this I said "oh that is cool" out loud. I LOVE how your twine goes around the brads and all over the page. That was a great idea that I've never seen before. You are so creative!

  21. Holy Cow! This is GENIUS! And so, so beautiful! Totally LOVE how you used the map paper, brads, and twine. And the washi tape photo frame is fabulous, too!FABULOUS!
    Glad you noticed the bats on my window! After reading your last comment about them, I knew I needed to put them up again this year for you! ;)

  24. Wow, I love how you used it! And I like that title too. I think it's so great how you are using your stash too...I ended up donating a lot of my older stuff to Lucas and Isabelle's school for art projects and such.
