Halloween Greetings :)

Hi everyone!! :)

So Connie has a fun post every month where she wants people to share their junkin' finds ... and share what they made with the stuff they found ... so I wanted to play along!! :)

And then Graphic 45 came out with their September challenge which was to upcycle a household item and turn it into an Autumn or Halloween theme :)

So I decided to play along with both :)

I had these children's wooden play blocks from an antique store :)

And I also had these Styrofoam pumpkins in a mason jar that I also found at an antique store :)

And here is what I made with them!!!! :)

Besides the blocks and the pumpkins, I created a base using a piece of Styrofoam that I painted and then added burlap on top of it ... then I covered the blocks with G45 papers (Happy Haunting collection) and then decorated my little Halloween scene with more G45 Happy Haunting papers and chipboard pieces :)

And here is the back ... so you see how I stacked the blocks :)

Soooooooo I hope you all like it ... cause if it makes it through Graphic 45's contest ... they will be adding my project to their Facebook page ... and I will be begging for VOTES!! *wink* :)

I also wanted to share a layout I made for the latest Chic Tags challenge which was an AWESOME sketch from Ashley Horton!! :)

I made this using Bella Blvd's Playdate collection and some Chic Tag goodies!! :)

Here is their sketch! :)

Thanks so much for stopping by! I appreciate it! :)
