Laser kid!

Hi everyone!!

I wanted to share a layout I made for Let's Get Sketchy :)

Still using up my stash this year ... this time I used up some Teresa Collins :)

For those who might be new to following me, Brookie was born with Port Wine Stains on about 40% of her body and has had 17 laser surgeries to help get rid of them :)

Here is Let's Get Sketchy's sketch that I used :)

Thanks so much for stopping by! I appreciate it! :)

  3. Julie, this layout is beautiful! I love the happy smile on Brookie's beautiful face, and of course her smiley face t-shirt! How awesome that she has that picnic to go to! The colors on your layout reflect the joyful mood of the topic, and are perfect with her outfit, and I love the way you interpreted the sketch!

  13. A truly super cute and fun page. Love how you used the photo to match the sketch. Love the banner on the side too. And thank you for joining in on our challenge over at Let's Get Sketchy.
P.S I'm a true beliver of you words " Don't judge a book by its cover" My son was borm with a big hemagion on his upper lip, which was nothing compared to Brookies.
But I got looks and silly questions like has he bitten him self, and the little baby didn't even have a tooth in his mouth. Bur when he started to get teeth he was biting it and it was bleedind a lot. Doctors wouldn't remove it as it would get smaller when he got older, but it is so good to see thst laser can help little ones like Brookie :)x
