Hi everyone :)
I wanted to share a layout I made today for the latest City Crafters challenge which was to use Book Papers on your project :)
I created my own background using 25 pages from a little antique book I had (it was a little 'mini' book that I ordered from a vintage site a longgggggg time ago) :) -- I adhered the pages down and then inked the edges and sewed them :)
Brookie is just a sponge when it comes to learning and reading (completely the opposite of her brother! lol!) :) -- her teacher gave her a website that had books for her age and then each book had a test with it to see her ability to understand what she read -- she dove right in and read 9 of the books on the first day! :)
So excited for my Brookie! Her teacher is having her tested for the gifted program!! :) In Kindergarten!! Wow!! I should know soon if she made it into the program ;)
