Well, it is a skirt :)

A few days ago Scrap Africa went live with our latest challenge -- using Film Strips!!! :)



When we were decorating for Christmas this year.... goofy Brookie wore the Christmas tree skirt as an actual skirt! LOL!!!! I used the December Artful Delight kit for my layout! :)
