Challenged :)

Hi everyone!!

I wanted to share some layouts I made this weekend for some challenges :)

The first one is for Lily Bee! One of their challenges this month was to scrap about yourself!! Not my easiest subject (*wink*) -- but I did it :)

My journaling....

"I am a mom, a wife, a divorcee, a salt lover, a rape survivor. a woman, a person with ADHD, a daughter, a sister, a girl who struggles with weight, a clean freak, a crafter, a crime drama junkie....me..."

The next challenge I played along with is Bo Bunny's!!! The challenge was to use at least 2 photos, 1 tag (got 3 in here! YAY!), and be inspired by a photo they provided ... the photo I chose was this one.....

And here is my layout I made --

I pulled out my beloved Bo Bunny Cambridge collection out of hiding and knew it was PERFECT for these photos of Adam in his NJROTC uniform --- (for those that aren't familiar with NJROTC, you can read about it here

And the last project I was able to work on this weekend ... wasn't a challenge per-say .. but more of a request from Nikki Sivils ....

Lanie Brewster used to be Nikki's assistant, before she moved to Chicago.... and I love this girl.. I have been lucky enough to meet and work with her at CHA at 2 winter shows...

Lanie was recently diagnosed with Cancer... 20 tumors throughout her body -- when I read this news ... I won't lie .. I was bawling like a baby ... Lanie is just the sweetest, most free-spirited girl that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!!

Nikki has asked us to send Lanie some Thank You cards -- she wants Lanie to have them on hand for all the flowers, cards, gifts that people have been sending her -- so I made 6 thank you cards for Lanie to have .... I used Authentique's Thankful collection on my cards....

Me and Lanie at dinner one night after CHA..... I love this girl :)

Thanks so much for stopping by! I appreciate it! :)
