Do not try this at home!!

Hi everyone!!!

I love MANY manufacturers in this scrapbooking industry... but one of the companies that I have always loved is Cosmo Cricket ... well the other night, I was sorting some of my old papers and I found my bag of Cosmo Cricket and it totally inspired me to make some layouts and a card using some of the older lines! :)

This is Adam, me and Brian back in 2005 on the Water Log ride at the Fair ... (one of those souvenir photos you buy from the ride!!) ... I don't "do" rides... but this one I have always LOVED!!! :)

I hid the journaling on this tag .....

And this one is ME and my fave doll Karen back in 1980!!!!! (Yes, I know... Brookie LOOKS just like ME!!!! LOL!!)  .... in fact, when Brian saw this layout... he asked Brookie when did she get this doll!! LOL!! He thought it was HER!!!! :)

And here is a card I made with the leftovers from the above layout :)

And Naomi has asked for Get Well cards to be made for her son Michael who will be having surgery soon!! So Brookie and I made him some cards!!

We used Nikki Sivils Get Well Soon and My Lil' Monster collections!!!

My card :)

Brookie's card :)

Thanks so much for stopping by! I appreciate it! :)

  5. Good Evening Julie Sweetie...
What a beautiful and fun share this evening. I so enjoyed seeing you guys on the log ride. I don't do rides, including the LOG ride. To scary for me. I am past that stage of my life. I love watching, but that is as far as it goes.

That picture of you is priceless, and yes it does look like Brookie. Love your doll Karen, and now my question is? Do you still have her?

Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Back to work tomorrow. A busy week this week for me. Have a great one. Many hugs and so much love, Sherry

  7. Awesome pages and cute cards! My son is obsessed with log rides. We go at a perfect time to Holiday World every year and at the end of the day he rides it over and over because of no lines. His record is 18 times in a row and has been doing it since he was 3 (I can't believe he was tall enough).
