Welcome back Adam!!!! --and a giveaway!!!!

Hi everyone!

For those that follow me on Facebook -- you will know that ADAM is HOME!!!!!! YAYYYY!!!! He wasn't supposed to come home till Sunday night... but he texted me about 5PM on Saturday and asked if he could come home Saturday instead????? Duh ... of course he could!!! I have missed my baby!!!!!!!

Above is the sign that Brookie and I made for Adam --- below shows that a storm was rolling in and we had to add extra tape! HA!!!!

Ugh... as mentioned above we had a storm rolling in when Adam texted me, and Brian and I rushed to get the sign out that Brookie and I made for Adam--- so the wind was whipping my hair around... I look like crud... but my baby is home... so I don't care! lol! :)

Brookie was at her very first sleepover at her friends house Saturday night -- so she wasn't there for his big welcome home -- but we met my friend that was watching Brookie for breakfast Sunday morning... I made Adam wait in the car until Brookie got out of my friends car... and then I opened his car door.... and BOY was she EXCITED to see her Brother!!! She just wouldn't stop hugging him!!! :)

Welcome home baby boy!!! We missed you!!!

And I also wanted to share a giveaway today for my bloggy friend Mo!!! She is starting her first class over at Scrapbook News & Review!!!!

Scrapbooking with Punches and Die-Cuts
Registration opens July 20th so they should be able to purchase it starting then!  Class starts August 3rd.

Class Description --
Level: Intermediate
Whether you already have a variety of punches or you’re a beginning scrapbooker just building your craft arsenal, you’ll benefit from the ideas in Scrapbooking with Punches and Die-Cuts.

I’ll show you how to speed up your scrapping time by using basic shaped punches on your layouts as well as practical uses for basic shapes such as circles, squares and hearts. For example, I’ll show you how to create a gorgeous flower using only heart shapes.

I’ll also help you with design by providing you with:
9 sketches to use for your class projects (and to add to your sketch collection)
9 interesting ideas on how to use simple die-cut shapes (three ideas for each shape)
9 sketches presented in full-color palettes (sketches also available in black-and-white)
9 finished layouts
Assorted shape templates
You’ll even get a big surprise in the end!

In this class, you’ll learn how to apply scrapbook page design skills and color palette ideas to create fabulous scrapbook layouts that use all the creative ideas presented in the lessons.

All information will be presented in a mostly video format with the ability to retrieve the sketches and templates as documents to save to your computer. You’ll need a circle, square and heart punch/shape/die-cut, although you’ll also be able to use the shape templates for some of the lessons.

Scrapbooking with Punches and Die-Cuts will give you oodles of ideas, skills, color palettes, sketches and templates that you can even apply to other formats such as cards, tags, and ATCs, just to name a few. So be sure to register for this class today! I can’t wait to meet and have some tremendous scrappy fun with you!
Now from me :)
To enter -- just leave me a comment that you want to be entered!!!!! I will draw a name on July 31st!!!!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I appreciate it! :)
