My favorite recipes! :)

Hi everyone :)

Today I have a recipe book I made for the BlueMoon blog (at 8AM PST)and I wanted to share it here also

Nowadays you can find pretty much any recipe you want on the internet!  Type in what you want to eat into Google, and there is a recipe for it :) And now with Pinterest, you can even "pin" your faves that you want to try. But there are several recipes that my Mom has passed onto me that aren't on the internet, because they came from her (and my Grandma too!) that are family favorites that I want to make sure I keep forever! They are simple recipes, but my family loves them, and I had them all written down on several random cards, and I was afraid I might someday misplace them, so I wanted to put them all in one book :)

For my book, I used Graphic 45, Melissa Frances, Pink Paislee and Kaiser Krafts!

I added mini clothes pins to each envelope so when I wanted to cook or bake one of my recipes, I could easily clip the recipe card to the backside of the envelope page to see it while I am cooking!

All the supplies I used on this recipe book are listed on the BlueMoon blog

Also.... I was blog surfing this morning...and the FABULOUS Amy and her guest for this week Els have a FUN challenge over on Flashback Friday's blog! Its to share your FIRST Fall card you ever did make!! Well since I only started making cards late last year, my first Fall one is from October 2010 :):):) Here it is using Nikki Sivils "Tree Love" and EAD Designs stickerz! :)

Thanks so much for stopping by! I appreciate it! :)

  6. I have been wanting to do a project like this for a long time. DH & I love good food, but we also like quick-to-make meals OR good crock pot meals. By the end of the day, we are exhausted, so this is a real necessity :)

Your little book is so charming; I love the distressed envelopes and vintage embellies!
