*Tea for... nine* :):):):):):)

Hi all.....

Saturday I attended a tea at the English Rose Tea Room in Carefree, AZ. The event was organized by Laura Ingalls Gunn (*love her!*) and it was a beautiful day in a beautiful place! :):):):):):):):):):):):) The owner of the restaurant/store was so wonderful to everyone... she came around and spoke with everyone, and she was so nice...and with her being from England, everything on her menu was very British! I loved it and wanted to share some pics from my day! :):):):):):):):)

I love the way they had everything decorated... it was gorgeous! :)

Prince William and Catherine tea serving settings... :)

My dear friend Sherry who I went with (*love her!*) and of course the Queen of England! :)

Our table :)

Beautifully decorated chocolates from Liz :)

Gorgeous decorated box from Laura Ingalls Gunn...which was filled with candy treats and confetti pieces, and wait till you see what Brookie did with those little pieces... :)

My lunch *Beans on Toast with a side of fruit* :)

This adorable couple greeting us at the door :)

Loved this bike they had suspended from the ceiling! :)

Soooooo what did Brookie make with all the confetti in the little boxes Laura made??... wellllll she was in the mood to GLUE, and made this! :):):):):):):):):):):):) She took my little shopping bag from the tea's gift shop and transformed it into a bling bag! :):):):):):):):):):):):):)

And while I was at the tea, Brian was at a bowling tournament and so that meant Brookie got to go to my parents house to visit...and while she was there... they decorated Easter Eggs! :):):):):):):):):):):):)

And thanks to those that have been asking about me... I still have this one pain that is 99.99999% constant....It gets worse when I've 'done' too much in the day (like by the end of the tea yesterday... I was HURTING...).. but its back to work for me tomorrow...ohhhhhhhh is that gonna take some time to get used too! LOL!! But thanks for checking on me everyone, I truly appreciate it! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

Thanks sooooo much for stopping by.... I appreciate it! :):):):):):):)

  46. Oh wow, very Brittish indeed! Did they also talk with the 'higly accent' (like with a hot potatoe in their mouth)?? I learned English like that in highschool, and still use the Brittish way of writing/talking.... "Superb high tea dear" (hear the accent!)
