*what was Sassafrass thinking???* :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

Hi all.....

First I want to thank all of you that went and gave some love to the girls I showcased over on Nikki's blog today...I really love scouring the internet and finding peeps that are using Nikki's products and showcase them on her blog! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

And now.....you might be wondering about my title!! LOL!! Well...."The Studio" posted a challenge today and the challenge was to FIND TWO of YOUR "UGLIEST" papers that you own and make a lo of it!!! LOL!! I loveeeeeeeeeeeee this challenge!!!! Seriously LOVE IT!!! :):):):):):):):):):):) Sooooooo we are to show a photo of the papers we used....so here are mine.......

A Sassafrass paper......{{Hence my blog post title....really??? What was Sassafrass thinking with THIS one???? LOL!... don't get me wrong...I love me some Sassafrass...but this one....WHOA! LOL!}} :):):):):):):):):):):):) And I hope I am NOT offending anyone by saying this about this paper... I am looking at it as if you had to use it as just a solid sheet to work with... not the possibility of cutting it up and using it like I did below! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

And here is my second paper I chose to use {{and no...I did not go to a scrap store and buy these...lol...they were part of different kits I have gotten in the past! LOL!}}....it is from Making Memories...and this one...though it could {{I guess...lol!!}} be considered 'cute'....where the heck would you put a PHOTO on here???? I kept staring at it wondering that very same thing! LOL :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

And here is my LO I made for this challenge! :):):):):):):):):):):) "On the Prowl" is my title...and for those that have visited me before....this is Miss Brookie...and this photo was taken soon after Mama (that's me!) didn't take her to the store to find her a boyfriend that was her age that was wearing a blue shirt!! LOL!!! I know, I know....BAD MAMA!! Soooooooooooo Brookie was still "On the Prowl" looking for Mr. Right wearing a blue shirt!! LOL :):):):):):):):):):):):):):) And heehehehehehehe....TONI.....LOOK at that...after telling you last night that I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee how many people make MAGIC with misting and it irritates me that I can't....LOL LOL LOL....look what I did on here! LOL :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

And speaking of some loud colors...lol...I thought I would share Brookie's new kicks that she just LOVES! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

Thanks for stopping by...I really appreciate it! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

  4. AWESOME job with the misting my friend!! And a super-awesome job of making two "ugly" papers look good together on a layout! That's a huge feat in itself...ha!

Ps. Love Brookie's shoes! It reminds me of the late 80's when everyone decorated up their Keds and Converse with fabric paints and Sharpies. ONly her shoes are a lot cuter...lol :)

  7. WOOOOOO HOOOOOO, Julie! you made those papers rock, in a crazy way! i love that Sass paper and have used pieces of it by the strip, but i'd TOTALLY struggle with that MM page you shared - CRIKEY! no wonder that made your "ugly list"!

LOVE the page, and little Brookie on the prowl! HA! too cute!

  11. Hi Julie Sweetie...
Oh I have got to tell you I love this LO. What a beautiful job you did, combining the two. Ofcourse you have the cutest little model in town, so I mean how could it not be precious.

Love her little face ofcourse, and I love the way you have the arrows pointing. SO STINKIN CUTE... LOVE IT!!

Now I just adore Brookie's little kicks. They are so precious. I think I would like a pair of those snazzy things myself, and seeing that I can wear a girls 5, I may just have to see about that. One of the advantages of having little feet, you can wear some cute tennies. Love it.

Hope you have a wonderful week. I love you friend. Many hugs and much love, Sherry
