*soon, we will look like this* :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

hi all....
I haven't mentioned brookie's surgeries in a really long time...because due to a decision made by Aetna Insurance (trust me....this did NOT make Mama happy...me being Mama...lol!) they chose to stop doing business with the hospital where Brookie get her surgeries done....anywho...soooooooooo we had to cancel her October surgery that was scheduled, wait for open enrollment at work to change insurance companies, then wait for the new year before we could schedule Brookie's surgery......
So, here we are now.  For those of you that don't know what the heck Julie is talking about...lol...Brookie was born with Port Wine Stains and has laser surgery to remove them :)  You will hear stories from me that shows Mama's defensive side, as after her surgery, Brookie looks like this....
And I usually have to go off on more people than not that decides to be ignorant and make crude remarks about the way she looks after surgery......they may try and say these things under their breath....but what they don't realize is...Mama has REALLY good hearing and will always comment back to them when they decide to judge....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....most of U are used to 'smiley' Julie....but don't mess with the way my baby looks...or trust me...U will hear about it from me :) hehehehehehe :):):):):):):):):):)
Soooooooooooo her next surgery, after what feels like a VERY long hiatus (last July to be exact), will be here in just a couple weeks....sooooooooooooo hoping for some thoughts and prayers to make sure she stays healthy during the next couple of weeks, as with not having her last surgery in almost a year, I really don't want to delay it, as we are almost done with them (this one plus probably 2 more!) :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
No craftiness to share today, have been crazy busy making stuff...just can't share any of it yet *wink* :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

  8. Oh Julie Sweetie...
Isn't she just the sweetest breath of fresh air? I love her little face.

I am so thrilled for her that she will be able to have her laser surgery soon. I am sure it is quite painful, but isn't she a tough little cookie?

I am so proud that you bite back at these rude people. I get sick and tired of hearing others make nasty comments. Whatever happened to if you can't say something nice, then don't say anything at all? Whatever happened to compassion for another human being?

I will be keeping all of you in my prayers and thoughts sweetie. You are so loved. Give sweetie pie a hug for me would you? She is precious. Much love, Sherry

I am so glad the surgeries work for her, even with the after surgery spots she is still a beautiful little girl! Keep that girl healthy and happy and in the sunshine, before it gets too hot! <3
